Registering Your Account
You will receive an invitation email to your new property website.
If you do not receive an invitation email within 24 hours, contact us.
Follow the Click here to login and view your new website link at the bottom of the email.
On the webpage that opens, complete the prompts to set up a password and register the account.
Once these steps have been completed, your account will be active and you can log in to manage your properties.
Resetting Your Password
Follow the Forgot Password? link beneath the login form.
Enter the email address you used to register your account.
If you do not know which email address you used to register your account, contact us.
Hit the RESET PASSWORD button.
Wait several seconds for the request to be processed.
If successful, you will be returned to the login form and a pale green banner with the message, “Password reset instructions have been sent to your email,” will be displayed.
Check your email account for the password reset email.
If you do not receive the email within several minutes, check your Spam folder.
If you do not see the email in your Inbox or Spam folder after several additional minutes, contact us.
Hit the password reset link in the body of the email.
Enter a new password in the password reset form.
Hit the Update Password button.
Logging In
Open your preferred browser and navigate to:
http://properties.mrbarcelo.comEnter the email address and password you used to register your account and hit the Log In button.
If you receive a pale red banner with the message, “Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?”, you may try logging in once again.
It is recommended that you make no more than 3 login attempts to prevent your account from being locked. After this, contact us.
If you do not recall the password you set up, follow the Forgot Password? link below the “Log In” button, on the right side of the page and see “Resetting your Password” above.
You’ll be presented with the Manage Properties section, displaying your most recent property in the main panel and links to all of your properties in the left sidebar. The sidebar also contains links to the Dashboard and your Profile.
Downloading Media
Photos
From Manage Properties, follow the link to the property you want to edit.
Hit the Photos navigation tab.
To download photos, hit the Download Photos button.
Select the desired quality: Print Quality, Large, Small, or Custom.
Choose where to save the photos on your device.
A ZIP file containing the photos will be downloaded to your device.
Ensure the download has completed before closing your browser.
Videos
Hit the Videos navigation tab.
For the desired video, hit the download icon to the right of the video thumbnail.
Choose where to save the video on your device.
The video will download to your device.
Ensure the download has completed before closing your browser.
Organizing Photos
By default, we upload all photos we deliver to you for each property, in the order that we’ve presented them. You have the ability to rearrange these photos to your liking, hide photos you do not want to include on the website, and add additional photos.
From Manage Properties, follow the link to the property you want to edit.
Hit the Manage Photos button between the content categories menu and the photo thumbnails. You’ll be presented with the Image Gallery Sorting page.
To rearrange photos, drag and drop the photo thumbnails into the desired order, then hit the Save button in the upper right corner of the page.
To hide a photo, hit the gear button in the upper right corner of the photo thumbnail and hit Hide from Gallery. When finished, hit the Save button in the upper right corner of the page.
Deleting photos, while possible, can lead to delays and should be avoided. Hide undesired photos instead.
To add photos, hit the Add Files button near the top of the page. In the dialog box that appears, navigate to the location of the photos you wish to upload on your device, select your desired photos, then hit Open.
The dialog box will disappear and the page will display a progress bar.
Wait until the progress bar disappears and all photo uploads are complete.
If an upload fails, the page can be refreshed and the upload re-added.
Editing Property Details
By default, we input property details based on your responses to our property website questionnaire email and public data sources. You have the ability to edit these details to update details, correct inaccuracies, and promote your property listing the way you want to.
If you did not receive a questionnaire email, contact us.
From Manage Properties, follow the link to the property you want to edit.
Follow the Edit Website link above the Media Downloads tab, then follow the EDIT DETAILS link at the top of the menu that appears. You’ll be presented with the Property Details page.
Make your desired edits to the following fields:
Property Name
Property Description
Amenities
Property Type
List Price
Rooms
Size
Any other fields needed
Hit the Save button.
Editing the Address
By default, we add the full address of a property which is used as the property website title and sets the map display. You have the ability to edit this address.
Editing the address may affect the map display on the property website.
From Manage Properties, follow the link to the property you want to edit.
Follow the Edit Website link above the Media Downloads tab, then follow the ADDRESS & MAP link near the bottom of the menu that appears. You’ll be presented with the Address & Map page.
Make any desired changes to the address.
You may hit the Hide map on property page checkbox if you do not want to display the map on the property website.
Hit the Save button.
Adding Another Agent
By default, we add all listing agents to a property website that we are made aware of through our correspondence with you. You have the ability to remove and add agents as needed.
From Manage Properties, follow the link to the property you want to edit.
Follow the Edit Website link above the Media Downloads tab, then follow the LISTING AGENTS link near the bottom of the menu that appears. You’ll be presented with the Listing Agents page. All agents attached to the property are displayed on the right side of the page.
If you do not see the LISTING AGENTS link in the Edit Website menu, you may need to scroll down the page.
To remove an agent, hit Options in the top right corner of the agent’s card on the right side of the page, then hit Remove.
You cannot remove yourself. To do this, contact us.
To add an agent, hit the Add a Contact button on the left side of the page, then the ADD CONTACT tab. Upload a photo and input all desired information.
Hit the Add Contact button at the bottom of the form.
